Q How do I know I can trust you?
A ABCPA.us' professionals are fully licensed and complete annual educational requirements. In addition, please see our list of references.
Q Will you make sure my reports are done on time?
A Your reports and filings will absolutely be completed on time. We use various systems to track client due dates and filing requirements.
Q Will my information be private going across the Internet?
A Absolutely. We use the latest technology, including 128-bit encryption, through which we receive and send your files. Furthermore, we NEVER share your E-mail address.
Q Can you help me get a bank loan?
A A fringe benefit of being an ABCPA.us client is that you will already have much of what a lending institution requires. In addition, from financial information already maintained in your system, we can prepare projected financial statements, and, if necessary, put a business plan together for you.
Q Do I need to buy special software?A Perhaps. If you choose to send us your files you will need QuickBooks®, the most widely used small business accounting software. Part of our service will include any instruction you may need to set up and learn to use QuickBooks®.
Q Can you help me even if I'm not organized?
A Helping you get organized is our specialty. We'll help you set up an accounting system and show you how to maintain it. Or, if you prefer, we'll do it all for you via the internet. You choose. Either way, your data will be organized, up-to-date, and ready for you to manage your business more effectively.
Q Will your service help me make more money?A It certainly can. In our experience, the better organized a company's books are, the more successful they are in meeting their goals. We work with you to determine which pieces of information that we have gathered can help you to find areas of profit and loss. Are the goods and/or services you sell profitable? Particular product lines making money? Certain divisions necessary? Even, which employees are most productive, and much more.
Q Can you do all of it for me?
A That's what we're here for. We can take care of the details for you, make sure you meet your filing requirements, make sure your financial statements clearly reflect your income, and that you have the information you need to manage your business successfully.

A We work with you throughout the year to make sure your business stays on track. We'll do quarterly or annual reviews of your business - you choose.
