ABCPA, PC was founded by Alicia Green in 2002 and is based in the Denver area. Her qualifications include:

- ertified as a Public Accountant in the State of Colorado, License # 15031
- Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Taxation from the University of Denver.
- Twenty years practicing as a licensed CPA, with an emphasis on serving the small business community, including fifteen years as the proprietor of her own firm.
- Instructor at Compuskills/Colorado Free University in QuickBooks®, where she helped to develop the current curriculum. She has trained hundreds of small business owners how to use QuickBooks® effectively.
